Shipping & Return Policy
Please review this policy before purchasing. By placing an order with Victor Bonnaire LLC, you agree to the terms below.
Shipping
Shipping is free on every watch within the United States, fully insured, signature-required, and shipped via FedEx. The specific service level is selected based on the value of the piece and the destination; in all cases your watch ships in protected, discreet packaging with full insurance for the purchase price.
Most orders ship within one business day of payment clearing. If you need a piece by a specific date, let us know before purchasing and we'll do our best to accommodate.
International shipping is available case-by-case and is quoted separately. Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed on arrival.
3-Day Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, the watch must arrive back in the same condition it left our workshop and include all original packaging, paperwork, and accessories.
To start a return, email us at Team@VictorBonnaire.com within the 3-day window. If approved, we'll send return instructions. Watches sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and must be fully insured for the full purchase price. U.S. and international customers alike bear the full cost of return shipping.
Refunds & Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee based on the sale price. This fee covers non-refundable payment-processing costs and does not apply to returns caused by our error or by a defect that was present at the time of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the watch, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment, less outbound shipping, insurance, and the restocking fee where applicable. We are unable to refund third-party fees such as wire transfer charges.
Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Condition & As-Is Sales
Vintage watches are sold as-is in the condition described and pictured at the time of sale. We do our best to disclose known flaws, but the absence of a note does not mean a watch is free of wear, patina, or the effects of age. We encourage buyers to review all photos, ask questions, and request additional media before purchasing.
For full details on what "as-is" means for a vintage timepiece, including timekeeping, water resistance, and parts, see our Vintage Watch Considerations.
