Shipping & Return Policy

Please review this policy before purchasing. By placing an order with Victor Bonnaire LLC, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping

We offer complimentary insured shipping on all domestic orders for the original delivery of the watch. Every shipment is fully insured, signature-required, and sent via FedEx in protected, discreet packaging. There is no separate outbound shipping charge at checkout. Most orders ship within one business day of payment clearing.

For approved returns, we provide a prepaid insured return shipping label to ensure proper packaging, insurance, and tracking for the watch on its way back.

International shipping is available case-by-case and quoted separately. Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed on arrival.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted on domestic orders within 3 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the watch must be returned in the same condition as sold, with all included accessories, bracelet links, boxes, and documentation. We may decline returns that show wear, damage, or missing items that were not present at the time of sale.

To start a return, email Team@VictorBonnaire.com within the 3-day window. If approved, we'll send return instructions and a prepaid label. Watches sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the watch has been received, verified, and inspected, and typically post within 5–10 business days.

Restocking Fee & Costs Deducted from Refund

All approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, calculated on the purchase price. This fee helps cover payment processing, insured outbound shipping, inspection, testing, and re-listing each watch for sale.

The cost of the prepaid return shipping label is also deducted from the refund. Original shipping, payment processing fees, and return label costs are not refundable. The net refund is the watch purchase price minus the 5% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping and processing costs.

Misdescription & Major Issues

We describe each watch honestly and provide detailed photographs so buyers can understand its age, condition, and character. Vintage watches naturally show wear and patina, and not every small mark or nuance can be exhaustively listed. Buyers are expected to review images carefully, ask questions, and understand that vintage pieces have these normal traits.

If a watch is grossly misdescribed or arrives with a major issue that clearly contradicts the listing (for example, undisclosed major damage or a non-running movement sold as running), we will accept the return and issue a full refund of the purchase price, without the 5% restocking fee or return label cost, once the watch is received and verified.

Returns based on normal vintage wear, minor cosmetic nuances, or subjective preference are handled under the standard return terms above.

Condition & As-Is Sales

Vintage watches are sold as-is in the condition described and pictured at the time of sale. We do our best to disclose known flaws, but the absence of a note does not mean a watch is free of wear, patina, or the effects of age. We encourage buyers to review all photos, ask questions, and request additional media before purchasing.
