A vintage watch sourced for a client

Sourcing timeframe · Vintage · Weeks to months

01 / Brief

Step 1

What era?

Step 2

What kind of watch?

The right reference in the right condition takes patience. We hunt actively across our dealer and collector network.

Step 3

Target budget.

Optional, but it sharpens the search.

A few more optional details, then your contact info.

How it works

A simple,
four-step process.

From your brief to delivery in Boulder or to your door, every step accounted for.

  1. 01

    The Brief

Tell us the reference, dial, condition, and timeline. We come back with an honest view of availability and where the market sits.

  2. 02

    Agreement & Deposit

Once we've aligned on an example and price range, we send a short sourcing agreement and collect a deposit. You can step away any time before we purchase.

  3. 03

    Acquisition

We acquire the watch on your behalf. Once purchased, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as does the remaining balance once paid.

  4. 04

    Inspection & Delivery

The watch comes to our Boulder workshop for inspection and authentication. After settlement, we ship expedited or welcome you in for a private hand-off.
