This Universal Genève Golden Shadow features a 32mm 18 karat yellow gold case that sits in overall good condition. It sports light scratches to its surface from careful wear. Its gold dial is clean, with applied baton hour markers, dauphine hands, and a date window at 3 o’clock. This piece is powered by an 8-jewel quartz movement and is fitted with a black leather strap. Its case back showcases its most notable wear with some visible scratches and a bit of color fading. We’d like to note that the case back is missing two screws that can be replaced. One of the screw holes retains its pin, but is just missing its screw head. This doesn’t look to currently provide any looseness to the case back. Its crystal is in good condition but has a visible ring to its surface likely as a result of a protective sticker once being present. Overall, this Universal Genève sits in good vintage condition, showing wear consistent with its age.
