This Rolex features a 24.5mm 18-karat yellow gold case that remains in overall good condition. Fresh from service, the watch received a light polish while retaining its original brushed and polished surfaces. It carries some light scratches, most notably on the caseback, where they appear more visible against the brushed finish. There is a slight inward bevel on the top left corner of the caseback, visible only upon close inspection. Its wood dial is very clean, bearing a large Rolex crown logo and the text “Rolex Genève Cellini.” The very tip of the “C” in Cellini shows minor loss of visibility. This piece is powered by a manually wound 19-jewel movement and is fitted with a brown genuine leather strap and a gold Rolex buckle that exhibits some surface oxidation. It retains its original Rolex crown marked with the brand’s iconic coronet logo. The crystal remains in excellent condition. Overall, this Rolex Cellini reference 1408 is in attractive vintage condition, showing wear consistent with age.
