This Heuer features a 40mm stainless steel case that sits in overall good condition, showing consistent dings and scratches from careful wear. Its blue dial carries a beautiful gloss sheen that turns almost purple under certain lighting conditions. It shows some noticeable material loss to its edges, which helps add to the watches incredibly unique character. It sports applied indices and steel pencil hands with red paint in areas. Its lume plots both within the hands and to the outer edge of each indice remain intact and visible under UV. It wears its crown famously at the 9 o’clock position and chronograph pushers a 2 & 4 o’clock. Its chronograph powers up and resets smoothly. It displays a date reading at 6 o’clock, a small seconds indication at 10 o’clock, and a thirty minute chronograph counter at 3 o’clock. This Heuer is powered by a 17 jeweled automatic movement and is fitted with an aftermarket black leather strap and steel buckle. Its crystal sits in great condition. Overall, this Heuer presents in good vintage condition, showing wear consistent with its age.
